The Who, What, Why and Where
Twilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a hardworking, passionate, and curious product manager to own Twilio's Phone Number products for enterprise customers with better mechanisms to control information within their Twilio application. You will perform the discovery work with a design counterpart to build the product vision and guide the development of a team at the heart of Twilio's business. You will be the enterprise customer's voice across R&D, build product vision, strategy, and build key success measures to optimize the roadmap.
Who?
Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of creating useful products. They also have:
A bold product problem solver with 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or technology
Never settles with a consistent record of end-to-end product delivery from inception to launch for high-value customers
Ruthlessly prioritizes with experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition for a product/feature
Writing and planning with superior verbal skills verbally, including being comfortable presenting to new and existing customers or leadership
An owner who is technically savvy with experience in distributed systems, developer APIs, communications, telecom enterprise software, or security as a plus.

BE AN OWNER: Own the roadmap for optimizing Twilio's products with security features for enterprise customers. Be able to communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your product decisions.
WRITE IT DOWN: Create the enterprise personas for the product team, understand the customer journeys, and find opportunities to level up customer satisfaction
EMPOWER OTHERS: Work with globally distributed teams in sales, marketing, product, support, and business intelligence. Make sure we are hearing from a diverse set of partners and customers.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES: Interview and engage directly with Twilio's enterprise customers
Build asynchronous product documentation to communicate effectively with global teams at all levels of the organizations.
