We are now looking for a Consultant, who will drive and/or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfilment in agreement with the Key Account Manager.
In this role, you will ensure that learning projects are fulfilled and delivered in time, at a high quality and within budget.
Learning Consultants brings value to the customer by analyzing and proposing improvements on customers’ processes, operations, organization, IT or network. This position supports short and long-term profitable business by interacting closely with our customer teams to identify new business opportunities that benefit both our customers and Ericsson.
- Deliver Learning projects
- Develop learning practice capabilities
- Perform business development (to grow Ericsson business and Learning Services)
- Drive sales engagements
- Manage Change Requests
To be successful in the role you need:
- Engineering education background (IT, Telecom or similar)
- +3 years of experience in learning projects
- Consultative profile
- English language proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Ability to innovate and drive new opportunities.
- Communication and interpersonal & collaboration skills
- Knowledge sharing skills
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Project management skills
- Business understanding
- Consultative selling skills
